I'm a Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with decades of experience helping people manage complex issues and serious illness. I now provide medication management and health-related counseling for adults navigating mental health challenges, cancer and other life-changing diagnoses. I offer supportive care for transitions in life when both a medical and mental health lens is needed.
In my psychotherapy-only practice I work exclusively with couples and families — because relationships are one of the most significant factors in our overall health, and health challenges impact the whole family.

There are moments when physical and emotional health become inseparable. These are the situations where my ability to provide a range of approaches helps most. My work is grounded in the belief that thoughtful, integrated care can help people feel more connected, informed, and resilient through mental and physical health challenges.
